Under the hood, there's a fuse box in the left side of the engine... this was a new addition for the facelifted (1998 - 2003) Blazers and Jimmys. It'll have a black plastic cover which comes off.... it's one of the fuses in there, although I don't remember exactly what position it it... however, the top of that fuse panel cover will have a diagram to tell you which fuse is for what.
