Mounted in the fuel tank. Unless there is an access panel in the trunk, you must remove the fuel tank, to replace the pump. The fuelpump is located in the fuel tank, on the right front of the tank. You'll see the fuel lines and the electric connector there. Is it easy to replace, well, it can be if you have a hoist, than it is hard. First of all the tank should be empty (when does that happen?)Than drop the tank, I used to loosen the straps that hold the tank in and gently drop the tank so that I could remove the fuelpump, (more fuel will come out, so have a bucket under the pump) Gently tap the fuel ring off, re and re pump. Make sure you use the new gasket and make sure it stayes in place.
