The fuel pump off switch is normally located the trunk on the right quarter panel behind the trunk cover. the should be a button the allows you to set and reset the fuel pump.

its located on top of your gas tank which has to be dropped down for acess
It is either in or next to the fuse box under the hood.
On a 1996 Lincoln Continental : If you mean the fuel pump inertia switch ( shut off switch ) I believe it is behind an access door in the trunk liner on the drivers side of the trunk ( beside the air suspension shut off switch , if equipped )
