Under the hood, behind the passenger side headlight, you will see a bank of relays. One of these relays is the relay for the fuel pump. I cant say which one, because on different cars, years, and models, the changed the location. Also, one of those small looking black things, with 2 wires coming off of it is the fuel pump fuse. The black small case comes apart.
