If your model has one, Ford products usually place them in the trunk area on the drivers side, beneath the carpets/ sidepanel. Mark * On older models, the switch you are looking for is found (not BENEATH the sidepanel) but to the LEFT of the grey sidepanel (on the left side of the inside of the trunk) bolted to a vertical steel panel near the left hinge of the trunk-lid.

There is no fuel pump reset button on a 1996 Lexus. However, there is an EFI relay and the Circuit opening relay that can be reset. These relays can be found inside connector of the engine compartment.
