Probably under right front kick panel where the dash is
Well, honey, the fuel reset switch on a Chevrolet Monte Carlo is actually called the fuel pump shut-off switch. It's typically located in the trunk on the driver's side behind the carpeting. So, if your car is acting up like a diva on a bad day, check there first before you start panicking.
Sure will. Thermostat will stick shut not allowing coolant to flow

The most common reason why an engine would run for a short while and die and a while later start again only to do the same thing is a clogged fuel filter.
the door striker needs adjusted along with possibly the latch mechanism.
Monte Carlo Shuts Off, Stalls????My Monte Carlo is doing the same thing.... I have changed plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, CO2 Sensors, Catalytic Convertor. Still shuts off once in a while. I hope someone who reads this knows what else could be wrong! Sorry this didn't answer the question but if you do find out let me know! Thanks. You may want to try swapping out the Mass airflow sensor. Start the car up and open the hood. Tap on the mass airflow sensor. If the car boggs down and wants to stall. That may be an indication that you should replace it.
There isn't one!
I have the same problem, but i have a '95 Monte Carlo but its the same bodyframe and my passenger door wont close. I have to either slam it to get it shut, or spend an hour or so playing with the door hinge....like my passenger door, when i open it up, you know how its got that grabber thing to make it grab on to the metal latch to shut it? Well, i have to open that and play with it, and the unlock/lock button to get it closed
