It is a red button usually located in the passenger side footwell on or under the kickpanel. It will be marked to help you find it.
Chevy did not use an Inertia switch only ford did. Need to check fuel pump relay and fuse.

It does not have one. you will need to pull the fuel pump relay, or the fuel pump fuse to disable the fuel pump. Ford is the only one that had a shut off switch / INERTIA switch.
