The fuel test port on a 1997 Suburban is on the engine under the hood. It is located near the fuel lines.
There is an adapter that is put in place of the fuel filter that has a test port that the fuel gauge hose will fit too. Might be able to get one from a parts store.
It doesn't have one. To test the fuel pressure an adapter has to be installed between a fitting at the fuel filter and the fuel filter, preferably the fitting feeding into the filter from the pump.
under hood, on fuel rail which is connected to each fuel injector there should be a valve that looks like a tire valve. That is the shrader valve, test fuel pressure there.
The Villager does not have a test port. You need to tee into the line at the fuel filter.
Are you sure that it's got one? If it does, it should have a screw on cap covering it. The port will be a part of the rail. If not, you'll need an inline adapter to check fuel pressure.
There is no test port.
do fuel pressure test
The Villager does not have a test port, you need to tee into the line near the fuel filter to test pressure.
If that is throttle body fuel injection, there is no fuel pump test port. You have to fabricate with some fittings and tap into the fuel line at the fuel filter.
on the fuel rail. Most do not have a test port. An adapter will need connected into the supply line.
What you may be looking at on the V8 is the fuel pressure test port. This is used to test the fuel pressure with a gauge. It should have a cap on it. Good Luck!
TBI didn't have one, you have to tap into the fuel line at the fuel filter with adapters to attach a pressure gauge. CFI has a test port in the fuel line on top, in back of the engine.
