The Fuse for the lighter and acc plug is under the hood next to the battery in a fuse box. If you look across the bottom of the fuse box there are eight large fuses in groups of two, with the fuse puller at the far right. Just above the first pair of fuses on the far bottom left, just below the fog lamp relay are 4 smaller fuses.
the bottom two are lined up with the big fuse just below them, the top two are staggared a little to the right an do not line up with the two below them. The right most of this pair is the lighter fuse.
