the fuse is located on the driver side front door just to the left of the steering wheel the panel just pops of and the fuses are located behind the panel
the horn is located on the passenger side head light just underneath it one bolt holds it on its connected to a plug
If your horn don't work and the fuse is good....it MAY be the plastic spring tube underneath the steering wheel air-bag..the little tip that locked it into place...broke off.
