There is a fuse box under the hood on drivers side that has a 15amp fuse for right and left side headlights.
For a 1987 there is no automatic doors or windows for A Chevy Astro Fuse is underneath the steering colum along the Driver side feet...
As a guess both low beams are burnt out The daytime running and high beams are the same light filament. Or the fuse or the relay for the low beams.

There isn't one. Chevy doesn't use inertial switches for their fuel pumps. There is a relay in the fuse box, but it's not "re-setable"
It could be electical like a fuse, but I had a problem on my 2000 Astro that was caused by a rubber vaccuum line that was split. I replaced it for about 2 bucks and it corrected the problem. Hope this helps
