The fuses in a 2006 Saturn ION are located on the driver's side under the dash by the radio. You have to pull off the lower panel to get to them. I have read that some panels have a thumb screw, but mine does not. Pull off the panel and you will see tiny fuses on each side of a medal rail. As well the panel you pulled off will contain the fuse diagram.
