Passenger side dash end and another on the passenger side near the strut tower
The fuse panel cover is on the passenger side in a 1998 Oldsmobile intrigue. Same location as vehicles that have it on driver side. Just pull on it and it will pop off.
It is on the side facing the pasenger door when you open the door
In a 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue the fuse box can be opened by either using a screwdriver or your finger and placing it in the hole and popping it out. Even if you use a screwdriver on the panel nothing will be harmed. It will simply pop back in when done.

There are three blower relays in the fuse panel under the hood on the passenger side. Remove and inspect the contacts for burn marks. If burnt replace.
There are two fuse boxes on a 1998 Intrigue. One is under the hood, on the passenger side near the battery. The other is inside the cabin. If you open the passenger door, there is a panel on the end of the dash. There should be a slot on it that you can get your fingers into then just pull it off.Hope this helps.

Yes, there is a legend to the fuse panel of a 2001 Dodge Neon. It is found on the fuse panel cover, and in the owners manual.
Open the passener door, and fuse panel is on far right-hand side of dashboard.
