On a 2007 Ford E350, the gas tank release button is located on the driver's side, typically near the floor next to the seat or on the left side of the dashboard. It may also be a lever you pull or a button you press. If you're unable to find it, you can also check for a small latch on the gas tank door itself. Always make sure the vehicle is in park before attempting to open the gas tank.
