the relay module switch is inside the dash board on the backside of the fuse box you cannot access it through the fuse panel so don't try you'll only find a wire cluster. you'll have to remove the service panel by the gas and brake pedals and look up inside towards the light switch area you should see it if you look close enough. unfortunately they make it seem like its right there to access in the fuse panel inside car............thanks GM
