The blower motor resistor is in the air duct right below the passenger side foot well. \if you remove the lower kick panel and drop the glove box out of the way you can easily access it for replacement. \you can follow the wire from the blower motor to the resistor location on the air duct.
Very common failure on these trucks however the replacement part is far more reliable.
