usually they're directly under the headlights just behind the front bumper .. there should be one on either side

Its located behind the front bumber on the drivers side. Under the turn signal lamp.
The 1985 Jaguar horn relay switch is located in the fuse box. The fuse box can be found in the engine compartment, on the drivers side.

The fuse for the horn on a 2002 Jeep Cherokee is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover of the fuse box and look for the horn fuse, which is typically labeled. You may also find a diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover to help identify the correct fuse. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore horn functionality.

The horn (or horns, some trucks had 2, and high pitch and a low pitch) is located on the radiator support directly behind the grille. You would need to remove the grill to reach them.
The horn relay is in the "convenience center" which is located behind the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. It is NOT convenient to get to. Once you get to it the horn relay is a plug in unit.
