You just pull out the Horn relay/fuse.
The horn is located in the bumper on the driver side. Just unbolt it and remove the wires to take it out. You can test it by connecting it directly to the battery. If the horn works, it may be your horn relay, which is in the engine compartment fuse box next to the battery. Just swap it with the fuel pump relay to test.
