Do you mean the Idle Control Valve ?
You are facing the hood, it is located on the side of your right hand. In the middle you have the big black plastic cap written 3.7L etc. on it. On the side of it you have two connectors, the lower one in the idle control valve. You will need torx to remove it. Make sure it's not seized ( you have to be able to push it and pull it ) clean it with Intake cleaner and clean cloth. see if the little ring is still good. You might want to clean the inside of the intake as well (in and outside the flap).
