If you are asking about your idle air control control valve it is at the top of your engine, It is located right behind the map sensor on the passenger side of the throttle body system. I used a 12 in adjustable wrench to get it off. I must say it hard to describe the exact location, I recommend gettin the truck book from a local auto shop , they are very useful

The idle air control valve is located on the throttle body, and the EGR valve is located on the intake manifold.
