If you have the 3.1L V6, you will find all three coils mounted to the ignition module on the left side of the engine block (front of car side) directly below the exhaust manifold. Remove the air cleaner assembly, then electric cooling fan to see them. Use a 10mm socket on three mounting bolts to remove the entire assembly from the engine block.
