The inside fusebox on a 1997 Camry is to the left of the steering wheel, where that little "change" drawer door is. Open it up and remove it-it is behind that. Glad I could help a fellow "Camryrian."
I have a 1989 Camry and my fuse box is under the hood on the driver's side of the car. It's right up top and very easy to access.

On my 1991 Toyota Camry the fuse box is located on the drivers side up inside where the brake panel is. You have to get right down on the ground to look inside and up to find it. I'm missing the panel that covers it and tells you which fuses go where, if you find it, I'd really like to know the diagram of the fuse box. Thanks and good luck!
In a 1993 Toyota Camry, the ECU (Engine Control Unit) fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can access this fuse box by removing the cover, and the specific fuse for the ECU is typically labeled in the diagram found on the fuse box cover. If you're having trouble locating it, consult the owner's manual for detailed information on the fuse layout.

The fuse for the fuel pump on a 1992 Toyota Camry is in the fuse box located on top of the battery. The fuse for the fuel pump is at location 'C' in this fuse box.

The airbag fuse for the Focus is in the fuse box located next to the firewall inside the engine compartment. The fuse box has a plastic cover that has to be removed to access the fuses.
The washer pump fuse for a 1991 Toyota Camry is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover of the fuse box and look for the fuse labeled for the windshield washer pump. It is typically a 15-amp fuse, but it's best to check the diagram on the fuse box cover for confirmation. If the fuse is blown, replacing it should restore functionality to the washer pump.
I believe it depends on what fuse you are looking for. There are 3 under the hood and one inside the car on the drivers side, so what fuse are you trying to locate?
Look in the fuse box under the lower left corner of the dash. The fuse panel has the application on the inside[at least my 04 does]
If you have access to the fuse box, take the fuse out and look at it. An intact fuse will have a visible, unbroken, metal strip running between the terminals. A blown fuse will have a broken metal strip on the inside and usually will be visibly discolored on the inside.
