If it's a V-8 then it has 2 knock sensors and both of them are underneath the INTAKE MANIFOLD. You can not see are get to them until you remove the intake.
If it's a V-6 then it will be screwed into the top left back side of the engine just behind the corner of the intake, it is hard to see. You will have to climb up and lean over the top of the engine to see it.
I found in a google search 15ftlbs torque for the knock sensor.
