Follow the top radiator hose to the engine and you will see were it clamps onto a housing that's bolted to the engine. Remove that housing and it will be there.
Stuck closed thermostat or a bad head gasket.

ON THE TOP OF THE INTAKE IS A STEAL WATER NECK THAT THE TOP RADITOR HOSE IS ATACHED THE TWO BOLTS THAT HOLD IT DOWN NEED TO BE REMOVED THE SURFASE CLEANED AND THE WATER NECK CLEANED REPLACE THERMOSTAT AND O-RING I PUT A THIN LAYER OF SILICONE TO HELP WITH POS. LEAKS DUE TO CORISON .
i think its right on the front of the motor just behind the idler pully. At least it is on my 96 chev blazer.
