The 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser OBD 2 port is under driver side dash next to kick panel
on the fuel rail. Most do not have a test port. An adapter will need connected into the supply line.
It is on the suction line, down near the compressor. It is between the radiator fan and the engine, lower front, passenger side.
depending what year the cruiser is it is either the lower of the 2 ports on the passenger fenderwell by the ac accumulator, or it is the port located on top of the ac compressor. i just charged a 2009 pt cruiser and it is the one located on top of the ac compressor a real pain to get to and best to charge the ac after the engine is cooled completely.
It is under the dash on the driver side.

find the high pressure port on top of a metallic condensor high in the engine compartment on the passenger side behind the engine - look behind and below against the firewall - you'll see another port - that's it

The low pressure air conditioner port can be found on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low pressure port should be labeled as such.
