There is no OBDII connector on 1993 F150. Didn't start until 1996 (97 model).
There is no OBD II connection on a 1994. It's only on 1996 vehcles and up. 1994 would be OBD I.

1996 was first year for OBDII on Lincoln Town Car. 1995 had OBD1, which was not the same, and whose connection was under the hood. An OBDII reader does not work on OBDI.

Depends where you live. In Australia they came with OBDI, only the latest model has OBDII. Most other countries had OBDII on the both the latest and previous models (only OBDI on the first generation RAV4)

The speedometer and odometer are electrically operated. There is no mechanical connection to the drivetrain. If there is no power, they don't work.
