For the '97 there's a small door just a few feet under and behind the front bumper. Door opens with flathead screwdriver to reveal oil filter. I found it very difficult to screw door closed again when finished. Screwiest setup I ever saw!
My 1992 Chev.S10 Blazer 4X4 is on the top of the drivers side fender under the hood. If it 2 wheel drive should be underneath on bottom of engine.

GM vehicles are not equipped with such a switch.
It should be on the bottom or bottom edge of the radiator.
If that is throttle body fuel injection, there is no fuel pump test port. You have to fabricate with some fittings and tap into the fuel line at the fuel filter.
On the passenger side underneath the engine near the rear firewall.
It has no cabin air filter.
IT is located in the fuel tank.
I know the fuek filter on a 1992 88 is in the fuel line under the seating area. Be careful not to break the plastic "quick-connect" fittings.
