top side of the engine behind the intake manifold way to the back close to the center of the block but easier to get to from the driver side. helps to take the plastic cover off and feel for a wire with a small hand. they make a socket spcifically for this.

It is in the very back of the Intake on the right side, If you look at the back of the intake you will see the oil sending unit. the senor is right beside it but tucked under the back of the intake. Real hard to see.
