might be by the oil filter or on the engine block. i think ive changed one out before on a 350 motor and it was on the back side of the engine by the distributor and where the transmission case meets the engine block. should have only one wire running to it and if you unplug it the gauge on the dash will read zero. Behind the air cleaner housing and about 3 inches down.
if it is an 350 eng it is located at the rear of the intake manifold,on the top of the block, next to the dist.
