In the 1995 Firebird, the power lock door relay is located in the door panel. Some times a fuse can blow or a wire can short, which would end up in needing a new fuse or a new relay.

Start by checking for a bad fuse or relay in your fuse panel or power distribution box in your engine compartment. THE POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX IS LIVE - DISCONNECT YOUR NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE. Some models, like my 1995 have power door lock relays in the jack storage compartment for unlocking/locking/and driver's door unlock. The lock solenoids could be getting weak or the linkages could be sticking, or there could be a weak relay. If all of the doors are sticking then check for a weak door lock relay first.
