Under the dash left of steering column. If you take out the left speaker by the door you will find the bolts to remove the bracket.
The capacitors in the 1990-1995 are junk but easy to repair. Never try to hot-wire the throttle-body injector to get it running as this will blow out the two transistors in the injector circuit as well or the injector.
I have an easy inexpensive fix for no start no fuel problem with these.

Hi,
I'm interested in the "fix"

I just learned something ! That the EEC computer and the powertrain control module are the same thing ! On the 1991 and 1992 models the powertrain control module (PCM) is located in the right front passenger area behind the right side kick panel.
A circuit board full of transistors and computer chips.
no "reset switch" on these cars the powertrain control module controls the fuelpump via a relay
The powertrain control module on 1991 and 1992 Ford Explorer is in the right front passenger area behind the right front kick panel
The PCM is located on the left side of the dash. Remove the speaker grill and then remove the speaker to gain access.
Where is the ignition control module located in my 1992 Crown Victoria
On 1991 and 1992 Ford Explorer's , the powertrain control module (PCM) is located in the right front passenger area behind the right side kick panel by the passenger's right foot.
In a 1992 Ford Aerostar, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side. It is mounted on the firewall, near the brake pedal area. You may need to remove some panels or covers to access it properly. Always ensure the vehicle is off and the battery is disconnected before attempting to locate or work on the PCM.
On a 1992 Cadillac Eldorado, the powertrain control module (PCM) is typically a rectangular metal or plastic box, often located in the engine compartment or near the passenger side firewall. It features several electrical connectors for wiring harnesses and may have a cover with serial numbers or manufacturer markings. The PCM is usually mounted securely to prevent movement and is designed to withstand the engine's operating conditions. Its appearance can vary slightly depending on the specific engine and options of the vehicle.
It's not on the coil. The powertrain control module (PCM), located under the dash, provides the signal to the tachometer. By the way, your 1992 Saturn sedan (presuming it's a dual overhead cam) is an SL2, not an SC2.
The module is situated in the arm rest where you store stuff unscrew it and you will find the module.
