Condensate drain plugged or disconnected
The radiator drain plug for a 1999 Oldsmobile 88 is typically located at the bottom of the radiator, on the driver's side. It may be a plastic or metal valve that you can unscrew to drain the coolant. Be sure to have a container ready to catch the coolant when you open the plug. Always allow the engine to cool before attempting to drain the radiator.

where is the camshaft position sensor located on a 1999 Oldsmobile intrigue
Looking at the front of the car, it's on the passenger side, just in front of the radiator, about half way down. Have to take the radiator out to get to it - It's a pain.
