i have a 95, and i had to just remove the bottom radiator hose to drain and flush.
on my 98 Bravada there is a flap under the car where the oil filter is. I took mine off and on the passenger side of the radiator, theres a green radiator plug. On mine you turn the plug and pull it out a little.
