Take the cover off the box (no tools required)and the relays are identified on the underside of the cover. The fuel pump relay should be close to the front of the box. To test it, have someone assist you by turning the ignition to the "on" position and then back off, while you have your finger on the top of the relay. You should feel and hear the relay click when cycling the ignition switch between the "on" and "off" positions. If that test works, unplug the relay and inspect the connection prongs for discoloration from overheating. If you notice any abnormalities, just replace the relay, because it may operate satisfactorily upon initial start up, but will probably fail after the engine is running a while.
