It is a reset for your fuel pump and located on the passenger side just to right of the transmission hub. You have to pull the carpet down from the top to see it.
Push the reset button.
There is no reset button for fuel. Ford has them but not Chrysler products.

It is just right of the transmission hub under the dash and pull the carpet down to see it.
I have a 2000 Ranger and the reset button is in the passenger side kick panel. If you look between the glovebox and the floor it should have "Fuel Reset" labeled on the kick panel.

Look at the fuse block, should be a quarter size cap over the reset button. on my Ford Ranger it's right above your gas pedals
