Its located behind the engine, below the intake manifold hooked to the trans mission, its held in with 2 bolts and 1 nut on a stud. It is pretty simple to do just can be a knuckle buster... Just make sure that you disconnect the battery or else you might get some good sparks going.

What do you mean it wont do anything... will the engine turn over... is the battery good... if the battery good and the engine wont turn over as if its not receiving power to the starter then it might be a bad starter or bad starter solenoid.
from what ive read you can switch the starter relay with the horn relay and give it a try.... if she starts and the horn dont work you have a bad relay
