The thermostat is behind the alternator on the driver's side of the engine. There is no easy way to access it that I have found, but I have read that you can get a long ratchet and get to it from the wheel well after you take the tire off. The plastic splash guard in the wheel well would need to come off too. the easiest way is to remove the alternator first
