it "should" be to the right side and bellow steering wheel .if it is equipped with one.maybe check at trunk latch first to determine the car has this"option"
In my 2001 Sunfire, it is on the left side bellow the steering wheel.
There is a button located under the steering wheel on either the left or right side. If it is not there, then it did not come equipped with one.

The filter is located inside the transmission just inside the bottom pan.

According to my Hayes repair manual the PCM is located inside the right front fender.
