Hi I just answered this question for someone that owns a 1998 convertible.
: Hi, I just purchased a 1997 Sebring convertible last weekend. I too had to replace the turn signal relay. It's located in the trunk on the drivers side. Open the trunk, pull back the rug liner that covers the rear quarter panel, if you follow the wiring from the rear tail lights you'll find the module on the left side behind a metal reinforcement structure. It's attached with two white plastic inserts, if you push on them using a pliers from the front side and pull on the module it will come loose. Then replace the module and enjoy....Hope this helps. : FISHMANMAV

OPen the trunk or hood, pull out the panel and replace the bulb... If that doesnt work, check your fuses
The Hydraulic pump for 1997 to 2006 Chrysler Sebring convertible is located behind the back seat and center of the car on a small shelf.
I have a 1997 Sebring Convertible. Engine is currently at 152,000 miles and still going strong.
Charge it, test it, replace it.
It is inside the fuel tank.
5w30
Above the gas tank
100,000 miles
engine needs to be removed
Yes, a transmission from a 98 Sebring will work in a 97 Sebring. This is because they are both a 2.5 liter engine and both are auto sticks.
The air bags might deploy for no reason in a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Convertible if their is a short in the system. It is also possible that a sensor in the bumper was broken somehow.
