The flasher is under the steering column. It is a little black box (relay switch about 3") long. You can only get to it by first removing the knee board under the steering wheel. Then if you reach up into the dash, to the right of the fuse box you can see the part you need. Mine has gone out and the blinkers quit working. Easy fix if you can find the part.
