While driving with your headlights on what would make them continue to go off and on again in a 1994 Ford Taurus?
I just had this problem with my 94 taurus. It turned out to be the light switch on the steering column. I am not sure what it is called, but it is the "lever" you use to turn on the brights and blinkers. My hazzard lights were not woking either. I replaced it and all has been good for about a year now.
