Either you have no coolant in the engine or the climtate control system is not operating the proper air door in the heater/ac box. Open glove box door and remove the glove box 3 screws. Pull out box. look for a metal rod with a white plastic that operates the blend door. The clip has probably broken. Run car and move the heat from cold to hot and check the action. This is a common problem.
