you will probably have to loosen the complete light assembly so you can get you hand in back of the light to change the bulbs, once you can get to them unplug the wires to the bulb and then either pull or twist the bulb out.
lift open rear door, unscrew two screws, pull out light assembly straight back, but not to far because wires for light bulbs does not extend long. take your time ,simple job.

pop the rear door. remove spare tire cover. you'll see large turning knows to unscrew the whole tail light section. the bulbs have wires leading to them. turn and remove the socket. replace bulbs. easy!
