it might not have enough brake fluid or your ABS is going bad. i would take it to a shop cause that can be serious.
There will be a wire running to a sensor at the front wheel bearings on both sides. No wire to the bearing, no front abs.
No
It does not have lock outs. NEVER DID
Disc brakes in the front, drum brakes in the rear. Anti-lock brakes were optional.
It is possible for the brakes to lock up on a 2000 Chevy Venture when in reverse because the brakes are not working properly. Perhaps the brake pads need to be changed.
yes there are..they will be either standard or anti lock brakes. It depends on what kind of brakes are on the front of your car.
I find no reference to anti-lock brakes in my factory service manual or other reference works so I assume that they were not available in 1986.
You probably have the brake pads reversed. There is one for the front side and another for the rear. The shorter one should be in the front.
Rotors out of round?
go to a repair shop they'll tell you
Your e.brake cable is stuck on your secondary brake shoe, your cable probaley is bad.
Check the pistons inside the calipers, usually they are the reason brakes lock up.
