It is somewhere in the 70% range... Oxygen, while less stable is right next to nitrogen in density. 20%+/- of the air you breath is oxygen... So 10% is "Other stuff"... It's kinda like standing next to a beautiful freshwater spring and walking to the convenience store to spend $3 on a plastic bottle of "spring water".
