If the problem started after you replaced a fuse, you need to check that the fuse is good and installed properly.
check the fuse box, maybe there's a problem with the connection between the switch and spray. bring it to a mechanic if you don't want to get your hands dirty :)
check ground on wiper motor
There is most likely a sensor which moniters the fluid and renders the wipers useless when empty
To reassemble the windshield wiper and motor on a 1985 Chrysler LeBaron convertible, first, ensure the wiper motor is securely mounted in its housing. Connect the wiper motor's wiring harness, ensuring the connections are tight and aligned. Then, attach the wiper arms to the motor's spindle, making sure they are positioned in the correct resting place. Finally, test the wipers to confirm that they operate smoothly before reassembling any covers or trim.
Check the motor for the wipers.
Probably the turn signal stalk, (multi purpose switch) is what it's called. Turn signals, wipers, flashers etc. are all in that switch so any one of the items can go bad so the whole thing has to be changed, around $50.00 for the part and then you have to change it or have it changed.
Turn signals, wipers, high/low beam
in the steering column behind the multifunction switch that works the turn signals wipers etc...
Windshield wipers and I think blinkers (turn signals)
Blown fuse(s) or short circuit somewhere ?
