Seems to me the valve guide seats are worn. these are small angular sleeves that fit between the valve stem and the head(guide), if they are worn, this allows for oil to seep down thru your valves and onto your piston,when the piston fires, it not only burns the gas, but the oil that has seeped onto the piston,replacing them, the head needs to be off of the car.
