If you just had radiator work done then the system probably wasn't burped right, fill up the overflow container, then unscrew the bolt in the front of the intake manifold where the hose goes in and keep filling that and squeezing the hose until it won't take anymore water, then start the car and run it for awhile the do the whole check thing again, may take a few times until it's right. You may just have a stuck thermostat too which needs changing.
check to see if fan is working by powering it up with 12 volts. if it works it could be your radiator fan relay.

The most common reason for The Lincoln LS over-heating problem: if it is warmer outside compared to what you have you temperature in your car set at the antifreeze fluids have no where to go so it floods your dagos bottle which in terms have a switch that tells your car it is overheating. you can take it to a mechanic so that if you have your car in the cooling mode they can put another reservoir on the engine to catch the excess antifreeze. it may be expensive but this will fix it.
I would think so. Each computer has a fan in it. That is the first thing to turn on when you boot up a computer. It keeps it from over heating.
You will probably find its because your engine fan has ceased. I have the same problem in a 2002 model.
