Check the rubber around the wiper arm. Clear the drainson each end ofthe wiper.
Ther is asmall rubber hose on the firewall behind the Engine that comes out of a galvanized piece kind of in the middle maybe to the left side somewhat. Make sure this 3/8 rubber drain hose is clear.

put the caravan on jack stands, remove the passanger side tire, take a floor jack and a block of wood on the floor jack and slide under the oil pan, lift up on the conor of the oil pan where there is just a little bit of pressure, then remove the motor mount bolts on the passanger side and lower the engine down some to where you can remover the pulley, then remove the water pump bolts, and slide it out. just go in reverse order to install.
