My Dodge Charger doesn't shake...
If you are saying it vibrates while applying the brakes just before you come to a stop, then the brake rotors are warped. You will need to have them turned and trued, and replace the front brake pads. If you are saying it vibrates while you are sitting still, then look for a vacuum leak.If you are saying it vibrates while applying the brakes just before you come to a stop, then the brake rotors are warped. manualy adjust the brake calibur on rear brake slot located under rear axles on the inner brake cover.
I would check for a vacuum leak in your brake booster.
Generally if it only shudders when braking then you likely have warped brake rotors but it could potentially be one of many other issues too.
Yes, my Dodge Caravan has brakes.
Brakes on a Dodge Colt? It would depend on what is wrong with them, what they are doing or not doing.
Chattering/vibration at all speeds. Chattering when brakes are applied. Poor fuel economy. Noise.
